The student caretaker, parent, or grandparent have access to support for themselves and the student for a wide range of needs/topics.

You can call a hotline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to speak to a trained professional for support. This is a valuable service for students and their families, as it allows them to get help with a variety of issues at any time of day or night.
Free Sessions for Parents & Grandparents
Families can get involved in their child's education and well-being. Parents and grandparents can use their free sessions to get support from a trained professional.
